SK baby superfood blends 

Ideal for weaning babies - pure, gentle and develops the taste for good food at an early stage. Made with 100% natural organic whole foods with carefully selected hypoallergenic ingredients. Our blends provide essential vitamins and minerals with just the addition of one spoonful in your baby's favourite foods. 

Sweet Balance is the perfect addition to this morning staple. Sweetness without sugar, taste without effort!


Combine flour, baking powder & baking soda in a bowl.
In a separate bowl combine coconut milk, banana, coconut flower nectar, vanilla & Sweet Balance. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well - if too thick add a bit more milk.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium/low heat and brush with coconut oil.
Cook pancakes by pouring 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet. They are ready to flip with bubbles start to form at the surface.
Turn pancakes over and cook until golden brown.
Brush skillet with more oil and repeat with remaining batter.
Serve with toppings of choice.


  • 1 cup quinoa flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp coconut flower nectar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Balance
  • coconut oil
